I’m Liz Burns—Creative Director and Senior Lead Stylist at Goldie x Bob, and the founder of Goldie x Bob. I have spent nearly 30 years cutting and coloring thousands of heads, and in that time I’ve mastered the art of hair design. My belief has always been that great hair is personal—it should move with you, reflect your individuality, and feel like it truly belongs to you.

I think of hair like fabric—each texture, tone, and movement needs to be treated with intention. I love the rhythm of transformation: the trust built through communication, the shift in energy between the “before and after,” and the way the right cut and color can realign how someone feels in their own skin.

As a creative director, I also lead our salon’s visual identity and brand direction—from education and trend development to imagery, social media, and marketing campaigns. My work is rooted in natural, sculptural haircutting, dimensional color, and styling that feels effortless yet elevated.

I believe in ongoing education, creative risk, and building meaningful relationships through the work we do. And in 2026, I’ll be expanding that vision by offering Color Analysis—what I call the Color Signature Series. This service goes beyond hair, helping clients discover the shades that complement their skin tone, enhance their natural features, and bring confidence into every aspect of how they present themselves. It’s a natural evolution of the work I’ve always done with color and is deeply connected to my experience as both a stylist and an abstract painter.
