Salon

  • Primarily seeking full-time (32+ bookable hours per week) locally based stylists

  • Relaxed 7-chair salon offering Wella color and Mr. Smith and Reverie haircare products

Compensation

  • Three-tier commission allows you to earn higher commission purely based on the revenue you generate and nothing else. Under $2,000 in a two-week pay period, you receive 50% service/15% retail, over $2,000 and under $4,000, you receive 50/25, and if you earn over $4,000, you receive 60/25.

  • Icon Personal Retirement Plan offers a 1% match every pay period for full-time employees with a utilization of 70% or above

  • No back bar/color charges

  • Dyson hair dryer supplied by Goldie x Bob

  • 50% off retail product for stylist's personal purchase

  • 50% health plan premium contribution for full-time stylists (64+ hours per pay period)

  • Three medical insurance plan choices from UnitedHealthCare

  • Vision and dental plans

  • Short-term/long-term disability insurance

  • Unlimited vacation

  • Fitness/pool access

  • $10 gift certificate on your birthday and $50 for every year you have worked with us on your anniversary. Two long-time stylists receive over $500 each year on their anniversary.

What Happens Next?

  • Submit your application of interest here

  • We will acknowledge receipt

  • Our Lead Stylist/Creative Director will review your application

  • In the event we’re not currently a match, you will be informed

  • Upon initial acceptance, you will be contacted for an interview with our Lead Stylist/Creative Director

  • Upon further acceptance, you will meet (virtually or in-person) one or both owners

  • Upon mutual agreement that it’s a great fit, you will meet with the full team via Zoom

  • Any one stylist may make a case to veto an applicant. So, no pressure!

  • Upon team endorsement, you will be offered a great job and future at Goldie x Bob
