Primarily seeking full-time (32+ bookable hours per week) locally based stylists

Compensation
Three-tier commission allows you to earn higher commission purely based on the revenue you generate and nothing else. Under $2,000 in a two-week pay period, you receive 50% service/15% retail, over $2,000 and under $4,000, you receive 50/25, and if you earn over $4,000, you receive 60/25.
Icon Personal Retirement Plan offers a 1% match every pay period for full-time employees with a utilization of 70% or above

50% off retail product for stylist's personal purchase
50% health plan premium contribution for full-time stylists (64+ hours per pay period)

$10 gift certificate on your birthday and $50 for every year you have worked with us on your anniversary. Two long-time stylists receive over $500 each year on their anniversary.

Our Lead Stylist/Creative Director will review your application
In the event we’re not currently a match, you will be informed
Upon initial acceptance, you will be contacted for an interview with our Lead Stylist/Creative Director
Upon further acceptance, you will meet (virtually or in-person) one or both owners
Upon mutual agreement that it’s a great fit, you will meet with the full team via Zoom
Any one stylist may make a case to veto an applicant. So, no pressure!
Upon team endorsement, you will be offered a great job and future at Goldie x Bob
